Scope of Work

Procurement & Vendor Monitoring
Review of vendor qualifications and equipment specifications. Witnessing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). Verification of material quality before dispatch. Ensuring procurement meets technical and statutory requirements
Construction Quality Monitoring
On-site inspections and progress tracking. Verification of civil, electrical, and structural works. Adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Reporting deviations and corrective actions in real-time
Commissioning & Handover
Witnessing testing & commissioning activities. Review of protection, control, and SCADA systems. Validation of performance guarantees and acceptance criteria. Handover documentation and statutory compliance certification.
Post-Commissioning Support
Independent performance audits for solar plants, substations & transmission lines. Monitoring of PR (Performance Ratio) and system reliability. O&M quality checks and lifecycle extension recommendations. Support in dispute resolution and claim validation.
